1. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Processing times can vary by product and are noted in each product’s description.
2. Shipping Options
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s import laws. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Seramic Sayte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance in these cases.
6. Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email seramicsayte@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review and work to resolve the issue promptly.
